During a party a maximum of 5 children may be supervised by 1 adult.
Only children who are 4 and under are allowed in the toddler play area.
Only children under 12 may play on the soft play frame.
Children must wear socks at all times.
Children should wear long sleeves and trousers.
Children should remove jewellery and badges before entering the play area.
Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area.
No sharp objects should be taken into the play area.
Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated.
Balls or other objects should not be thrown at each other.

Please do not play in front of the slide exits.
It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or outsides of the play structure.
It is forbidden to smoke on the premises.
No food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken into the play area.
Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.
In case of a problem please contact a member of staff.
Parents not staying for a party are asked to advise the guardian of a party child and leave a contact number at reception.
